Öppna Fluenta och logga in.
Gå till Profil → Radera konto (längst ner).
Bekräfta. Kontot raderas direkt.

Utan appen

Mejla hej@fluenta.se från den e-postadress du loggar in med och skriv "Radera mitt konto". Vi raderar kontot inom 7 dagar och bekräftar via mejl.

Vad som raderas

Ditt konto och din inloggning, all progress (lektioner, svar, misstag, nivå, streak, XP, studieplan), det Flo minns om dig, ljudinspelningar, vänner, chattmeddelanden och din plats i ligan och i en skolklass. Säkerhetskopior skrivs över inom 30 dagar. Anonyma användningssiffror som inte kan kopplas till dig kan finnas kvar.

Prenumeration

Att radera kontot avslutar inte Fluenta Plus. Säg upp prenumerationen i inställningarna för ditt Apple-konto (App Store) eller Google Play.

In the app: Profile → Delete account (at the bottom), then confirm; the account is deleted immediately. Without the app: email hej@fluenta.se from your sign-in address and we delete it within 7 days. Deleted: account, all progress, what Flo remembers, recordings, friends, chat, league and class membership; backups are overwritten within 30 days. Deleting the account does not cancel Fluenta Plus; cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.

من داخل التطبيق: ملفّي ← حذف الحساب (أسفل الصفحة) ثم أكّد، فيُحذف الحساب فوراً. بدون التطبيق: راسلنا على hej@fluenta.se من البريد الذي تسجّل به وسنحذفه خلال 7 أيام. يُحذف الحساب وكل التقدّم وما يتذكّره Flo والتسجيلات والأصدقاء والرسائل. حذف الحساب لا يلغي اشتراك Plus، ألغِه من إعدادات App Store أو Google Play.
